Hi. Welcome back. Wow, that's a really low budget. You will have a little trouble. I hope the hostels are in your price range. Have you considered renting a gite? That's about the least expensive way I know to get a place to stay. You usually have to stay a full week and they can be pretty far out in the country, but some are near or in town. I assume you know this, but the section of the country you want is the Bouches de Rhone department. You may have to do a bit of searching but you will find something. If you have a friend to split costs with you, it would really help. The gites are usually entire houses and often have several bedrooms so you could bring a couple friends if you wanted.
