They are all over the place. Try doing a search with Google, Yahoo or About. You can also go to http://www.virtualtourist.com and post your question on their Travel Forum. It's been posted before and gotten a lot of answers. Also do a search there by typing in French cooking schools or French culinary schools in their Search Window and scrolling the next window down to Keyword Search. I know there is a lot of information there.
