When I click on the forums tab above, I get the following URL
http://www.france.com/France.comforums/index.cfm?NoCookies=Yes

At the end it says "NoCookies=Yes." Could that be the problem? If so, how do I change it because it's not in my settings and I don't have my Netscape browser set for no cookies.
