I tried to access French Culture Today by clicking on the title and got the first of two URLs below. Then I accessed French Culture Today by clicking on the subject under "Today's" and got the second URL. You can compare the two URLs. The first listed an empty category and the second gave me the thread. Perhaps this is of some help.
