It is nice to see the USA working with French authorities on a UN Resolution, even though France has backed out of that.

You are right. I just saw on CNN that France is still working with the USA on a UN Resolution. I misunderstood wrong the other day that the French had backed out of the effort. I was just trying to say that it is Nice that the USA is working with France on something. I remember all the Rift and acrimony a few years ago.
I'm not sure I'm understanding what you said. You say "French authorities are working on a UN resolution" and then mention "France has backed out of that." What do you mean by "that?" What have they backed out of? They are working with the US on a UN resolution and have been for quite a while.
