How do I cancel a reservation?

The reservation confirmation email said there would be instructions on the reservation link to cancel a reservation. The reservation link does not have any instructions. How do I cancel a reservation?

You can either call the phone number in the confirmation email you have received or send an email to the same address. In either case, please be sure to include your reservation number and name as we need both information to cancel your reservation.
