hostel or inexpensive paris recommendations??Submitted by skyllo on August 29, 2005 - 3:54am.Hi, my friend and I (both 27 yr. old females) are going to Paris Sept. 30th-Oct. 10th and I need some recommendations on where to stay on a budget... Any help would be appreciated, there are so many hostels and hotels to choose from, which would be a better deal? I know Hostels are about 20-30/night per person and include some sort of breakfast, and some hotels are 60-70/night.
Help!! Sarah salle d'eau versus salle de bainsSubmitted by kathandjoey on July 24, 2005 - 9:01am.I've never encountered the term "salle d'eau" before. How does this type of facility differ from a bathroom/salle de bains?
travel/lodgingSubmitted by rgalaviz on June 14, 2005 - 8:45am.Three of us will be traveling to France in July. We plan to catch the last few stages of the Tour de France. We are going to book the two country eurail pass (France and Italy). While in the south of France, we plan to rent a car and travel into Spain for a day. Our plan is to backpack and stay in bumgalos, hostels and camp. Can anyone give me tips or warnings. Does this sound like a solid plan?
Thanks Hotel reviewsSubmitted by tks on June 12, 2005 - 10:33am.Hi,
I will be traveling to Paris 9/15 through 9/28/2005. Does anyone have any information on these hotels. Hotel St. Marie, Hotel Esmeralda, Hotel Les Argonautes. I dont need much but need it to be safe, as I am a single female traveling alone. Thanks Anyone know anything about Hotel Saint-Paul le Marais?Submitted by abw on April 15, 2005 - 11:01am.Not to be confused with Hotel Saint-Paul in the Latin Quarter. It looks nice and has some good reviews, but TripAdvisor pans it and it's not even listed on this site. It's not cheap either! So I'd like some more info. Thanks!
