Please help me to visit France

Hello Friends,
I have planned to visit France at the end of this year for 3 months.
I'll go there with my family .I need to clarify few points before starting my journey .I never been to that place . So I am very worried about my journey .
1)Can any one suggest me whether that place is suitable for visitors at the time of winter or not ?
2)Is that place safe for family outing?
3)I have come across a website named Asiarooms.com . Is that sufficient ? or I need to use any other guide ?
4)How much time it will take to get visa ? Is it difficult to get ?
5)Wheather that time span is enough to explore France to its fullest extent?
6)How do I arrange my full trip from begening?
Please suggest me what to do in this situation .

3 months is enough...
to get a basic feel for France.
Considering that most people take 7-day visits, yours should be long enought to be quite meaningful.
In a nutshell, yes, France is a safe place to travel and winter offers a lot of things to do in France. I believe Asiarooms may get you some hotel rooms but so will France.com, and better hotels!
And if you're planning to stay 3 months, unless your budget is 'enorme' you will probably find other accomodations. Go check Asiarooms when you next visit Asia, in the meantime we'll respectfully invite you to sue France.com ;-)
