Introduction

A woodland course in a pleasantly rural setting on the edge of the Vexin national park, north west of Paris. Half an hour from the Porte de Saint Cloud on the A13 motorway, a small country road branches off in the direction of Guerville. The course lies on a plateau overlooking the Seine, in a rustic setting that offers a complete break from city life. The homely club-house is highly rated for its restaurant.

Regularly used for competitions, this is a course you shouldn’t underestimate - its seeming straighforwardness is the first trap. Principal features are the narrow fairways, thick copses of trees, and fiercely protected greens.
