Louvre exhibit brings French flavour to Quebec

Quebec City's 400th birthday celebrations are attracting flocks of tourists for massive fireworks spectacles, street performers in garments of yore and a lineup of aging A-and B-list rock stars.

400th Anniversary

I went to Quebec to watch and celebrate with the Quebecois people such remarkable occassion on yhe first week of July. Truly, I have yet to find a more inclusive, vibrant and joyful population. The Jazz Festival was also happening when I went and believe me, I had the best time this year in Quebec. I recomment to anyone to come by and have a great time, its a time to remember!! V.B.
