“At some point, I will be the ex-president,” Mr. Obama said, “and then you will find me in France, I’m sure, quite a bit, having fun.”
... With his wife, Michelle, and daughters, Sasha and Malia, Mr. Obama spent his final hours whipping through the city’s A-list attractions.
