FRANCE

I am a college student about to go to France for the semester for an immersion program. I have read that using credit cards yield the best and easiest exchange. However, for atms and debit cards, I have been told that some US financial institutions yield lower transaction fees than others. Advice please? Merci beaucoup en avance!

I have planned to visit France at the end of this year for 3 months.

I'll go there with my family .I need to clarify few points before starting my journey .I never been to that place . So I am very worried about my journey .

1)Can any one suggest me whether that place is suitable for visitors at the time of winter or not ?

I am looking for horse racing events in France i will be in Paris from the 9th August and driving down to the south and then back up the west coast to return to Paris by the 25th August. Can anyone tell me where i can visit a horse racing event, Thanks
